No. The program price covers the end-to-end management of the operation. Goods, transport, taxes and other third-party costs are paid separately at real cost, always with prior approval.
We work with most products. Some regulated products (batteries, cosmetics, food, registered brands, etc.) may require validations, certifications or additional add-ons.
Not by default. The factory audit is an optional service (add-on) recommended for higher-risk operations or when requested by the client.
Zyntral manages and executes customs clearance according to the destination country and the operation. We do not offer legal or tax advice.
By default we work under the DAP Incoterm. DDP is only offered by prior agreement depending on the product, destination country and viability of the logistics channel.
It depends on the product, volume, complexity and destination country. Timelines are confirmed after the initial phase and before production starts.
The service includes after-sales support for 90 days from receipt of the goods. Extended support is available by agreement.
Once the service has started and operational tasks have been executed, the corresponding amounts are non-refundable. Specific conditions are detailed in the commercial proposal.
Zyntral does not manufacture. We act as the operator and coordinator of the import, connecting the client with verified manufacturers and suppliers.
The main difference is the level of operational involvement at origin. The Explorer plan is aimed at an initial phase, with management and follow-up mainly online and limited use of the Operation Desk. The Enterprise plan is designed for more complex or established operations and includes much greater on-site involvement, more Operation Desk hours, visits, incident management at origin and priority support.
